Ursula Diaz – Buyer’s Specialist/Realtor®

In the same year Ursula graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Liberal Studies, she also began her Real Estate profession. In the last seven years she has had the pleasure of working with a wide array of clients, from first-time home buyers to the professional Real Estate investor. Working with bank analysts, negotiating short sales and foreclosures, and coordinating with relocation companies, are only a few of her skills practiced daily when closing a transaction. The last seven years of experience, combined with all of her education and training, has prepared her for the challenges our Real Estate market presents. Most of all, Ursula enjoys the friendships she’s developed with her clients and their families.

Danielle Fernandez – Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator

Danielle received her CA Real Estate License in 2006 and graduated from Cal State Northridge later that year with a Degree in Business Management. Since obtaining licensee status, she has been involved in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry from Residential/Commercial Sales to Loan Origination. She oversees every aspect of the Escrow transaction and can answer any questions regarding an Open Escrow or any of our Active Listings.
