Marketing Plan Access

The Marketing Plan form requires your name and email address. Phone number and timing information are optional. This information is used to provide access, understand your request, and allow David Watkins to respond personally when appropriate. Requesting access does not automatically subscribe you to a recurring email newsletter.

Form information and website activity may be sent to Follow Up Boss so we can record inquiries, associate website activity with a contact when possible, and manage personal follow-up. Do Not Track and Third-Party Tracking

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, this website does not currently respond to them.
